Have you got any dates etc. in mind yet?

Yay a reply! We are hoping for summer 2015, I have spent the last couple of days ordering brochures from venues in our area, so we can start getting an idea of those we want to view. Our friends get married four weeks today at a nice venue near us so I will be taking notes when I attend their wedding! I'm hoping we can do some viewings in August as we have two weeks off work. I think OH is getting a bit nervous now I'm making it all 'real'. He's been very quietly listening to me natter on at him about the pros and cons of the various venues, not saying much!

Aw bless him! My OH did something similar, but as soon as we found our venue he was so excited and is loving making lots of bits and finding ideas for invited and things! To be honest, I am a bit freaked out about the actual day now people have started replying! I just can't wait to be married! Where abouts are you looking for venues as some people on here may be able to help?

Thanks for your reply! Funny you should say that, I grew up in Wakefield! I actually feel like I still live there really because I work for the Council and I'm based in County Hall, so I'm in Wakefield every day for work. My mum and dad still live there too so although I moved to Hudds it's like I never left :-)
