Hello March ladies!!

*squee* only 7 sleeps for me!!! ?

We've got our rehearsal tonight, and I'm actually really nervous about it!! ☹️
Feeling kinda sicky/butterfly belly!! Silly really!

I keep getting nervous too - although not about rational things...4 people on my office have got colds and I'm so paranoid I'm going to catch it. I feel like wearing a mask to work!

PS. let's hope this weather keeps up ladies - it's beautiful today!

10 days for me!

We had our rehersal at the weekend and felt like that too - all nervous and felt sick and shaky, goodness knows what I'll be like next week when it's real!

OMG totally with you on the colds thing!! One of ours went home sick this morning, he's been snuffly a couple of days but today he was really rough, and another has been complaining of "not feeling well" all day

I have my cake to make & decorate over the weekend - the LAST thing I need is to be struck with cold, they knock me for six cuz of my diabetes I'm terrified I'm going to get it!!

Weather has been gorgeous today, hope it stays like this (or at least comes back!! lol)

It was good actually, I just felt so nervous and oddly emotional! I also caught my Mum crying.

Yes! We did everything - vows and all which I wasn't really expecting but it was good to go through it.

We also went through the readings, one was fine but the Vicar wasn't impressed with the second titled 'Love is like having a dog'!!

Have you got many people going along with you?

Awww, your poor mum!! I hope mine doesn't, I wouldn't know what to do - never seen her cry before!!! lol

I emailed the vicar our readings & they're all approved, so no worries there *phew* Am intrigued by "love is like having a dog" though!!!

Yeh, my mum & dad are coming, OH's mum & sister who's doing a reading (his Dad is in Egypt for work so he can't come), the Best Man, and 2 of my 3 BMs (one can't come as she lives a fair way away) So quite a few!! ?

Not the best title and I nearly choked when he started shouting, 'bad love, bad love, bad love' but the meaning is there and it got better as he read through it!

Well the BBC have got it wrong plenty of times before. I hope it stays dry for pictures outside but I'm still going to have an amazing day even if the weather is crap. So excited now!

And yep - I keep telling myself the BBC are always really wrong. For all I know, it might have changed again in the last few hours (soooo restisting the urge to check again!).

We have planned for rain, its not going to be an issue - and the venue is gorgeous inside too as it is outside so is fine for photos, but even though I've thought from the begining 'what if it rains..' I never really beleived it would ☹️ Boo!

I had another look! Theres only one heavy rain section now at 6pm, the other ones gone to light rain - plus Sunday has now got a black cloud. I need loads of "please rain on Sunday instead" vibes ?

Rehearsal was really good thanks, no where near as awful as I was expecting!! ?
Our vicar is actually quite fun, so by the end the nervous giggles had turned into actual funny-giggles, especially when OH said "for BUTTER or worse" lmao!!

Just hope he doesn't do that on the day..... I mean, I love butter but that's getting a bit weird! ?

Mrs P To Be, I just looked at your link! It says snow all day on my wedding day (17th) and I'm in Northamptonshire too. I might have a white wedding then according to that website. I always assumed it was going to be sunny and warm, how naive...

Hand is gooooood! It maybe a bit dry and cracked - but it looks lovely...and not a bandage in site! Woop woop!

I still have to have a plaster covering it when I go out as I've still got a high risk of infection as its not technically healed, but theres no oozing and theres no blisters. I'm generally thinking that tomorrow whilst setting up and doing a few last minute shopping bits and bobs, I'll keep it covered, and then for the wedding day, I know I'm technically 'out' but I'm not digging in dirt or anything ? plus, it'll just be like everyone coming to my house, where I'm allowed it off.

Also - got my nails done today. I wanted a colour (I'm wearing ivory and flowers are white) and so I've gone pink. I thought it'd be subtle, but its really bright - especially for me ? The nurse liked it though and said it suited my skin colour (pale pale white!).

Car is all packed to take stuff to the venue tomorrow to setup, bags packed for me tomorrow night and the two of us on the wedding night (my parents have treated us to a night somewhere - unknown - for our wedding present from them. soooo lovely of them, but I didnt expect anything like it as theyve paid for soooo much for our wedding!)

I'm stillllll waiting for the email to say the item I ordered as a present to be delivered to store....is in the flippin' store! I got the email to say it was dispatched Tuesday...so surely it should be in tomorrow. Fingers are crossed so tight at the moment that if it isnt, the store will have one on their shelf anyway...but I have no idea what i'll do if it isnt there!

So glad to hear the hand is better Chedi...and you sound so organised now all ready for the big day. Hope it all goes swimmingly.

I am dreading the packing part of the final prep - got to pack for 4 days at my Mums before the wedding, the big day itself, and then a week's holiday in Cornwall - don't think my car will be able to handle the volume of luggage I'm envisaging!!!

That's a lot to pack for!
