Hi ladies
Not really used this site much so thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Kat & got engaged on 26th November. It was a total surprise as we have been together 8 years and have 2 kids and Dave never showed much interest in the idea of marriage. It was our sons Christening so all family & friends were there and we were giving out thank you presents to god parents. Dave said Oh I have one more present for our daughter Kasey(4yrs old) and knelled down to give her a ring then said 'Well I best give one to your mum too' look up to me and said 'will you marry me I love you so much!' (I never get bored of telling that story)
Well 2 days later I got a tax rebate for £1000 so we decided to book a venue and after discussion we realised we both wanted winter weddings so picked 22/12/2012
After looking on internet we found 3 venues we liked in our budget and spent next week visiting them We booked the 3rd one as soon as we saw it all We both loved it!
