Hello There!

Platty, 15 May, 2009 at 10:56 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1

Hey there, I just thought I would introduce myself - I am usually found on OT but I've decided to move me bum and lose the extra 4st I've been carrying for the past couple of years.

For the past 4 weeks I've been on WW and I have lost about 5lbs, I've also been using a WiiFit then went on to using "My Fitness Coach".

Unfortunately I've busted my knee and I can't do any hardcore exercise until its better [:'(]

I started off at 12st 5lbs and I want to get down to 8st 7lb at least. I am only 4ft 11 so losing that 5lbs has really made a difference and I am actually enjoying the exercise so I am quite frustrated I can't do the hardcore stuff atm ☹️

    Hi Platty,

Well done for losing 5lbs in four weeks - I find that a steady weight loss helps you keep it off (although it can be a bit depressing at times I know!) I am glad that you have seen a difference though it is always motivating to actually see the difference (I also mesaure myself so I can see it in inches as well as some weeks I won't lose any weight but will lose inches)

Sorry you have busted your knee - I had problems with my knee when I first started training but was given some strength exercises by the gym and am doing much better with it now. At least you can do some exercise, its so enjoyable once you get into it and my fitness coach has become a bit of an obsession of mine!

Good luck Platty! I've just started WW too and finding it easy to stick to.

What a shame about your knee. Could you try swimming?
