Help!! Has Anyone Had Their......

Goldilox77, 23 August, 2009 at 17:26 Posted on Planning 0 4

...wedding dress altered or know of someone that has??

Altered as in had the top part of the dress changed from a zip at the back to maybe a corset style.

Reason I'm asking is that I'm worried I won't be able to do the zip up over my back flubber and I don't want to be left at the last minute with a dress that's too small? ☹️

Thanks x

I didn't have a change like that made, but I did have mine taken in by 14 inches because I lost so much weight between ordering it and it arriving. If you have a good seamstress it's not an issue at all. You'd never know mine had been altered.

I ordered it 22nd Feb 2008 for a 2nd August 2008 wedding. Had my first fitting May half term and final alterations were done after a fitting on 19th July.
