Help! How to flash.

I feel like I am being particularly useless but I cannot for the life of me work out how to flash... Anyone got any handy hints or a link to something that will help me? I can't find a how to ANYWHERE. I'm on a mac if that makes any difference...

Just put on your mac (wear nothing underneath), find an unsuspecting victim and open your Mac infront of them.
