Help me sleep

Jumbly Girl, 5 May, 2010 at 15:58 Posted on Planning 0 9

So I've no idea if it's because I'm excited ? or stressed ?, but I can't sleep and I haven't slept for days (with the exception of last night when I drank so much wine after a few hours at the gym with the sole aim of passing out - but obviously I can't continue doing that, and I feel pretty rough today). What can I do? I don't really want to take any drugs. Is anyone else not sleeping?

Even break a herbal sleeping tablet in half & take it an hour before bed, it will make a huge difference!

    Hi

I used to be like that all the time... I drink Aloe vera now and sleep like a baby... Planning 10 full weddings a year can be stressful!

Try winding down as the evening goes on. Have a nice bath and a hot choc, something that will help you relax. and take a nice book to your bed read a wee bit with some soothing music in the background, and after a couple of chapters, hopefully you will sleep.

Ok. So I managed about 2 hours last night, but had crazy dreams. I dreamt I was running late for the wedding and we had to catch a train there. My sister and I were racing to the train station which was on top of a cliff (in London) and in my haste, I slipped and fell. But I realised that I was going to hurtle to my death in the sea and rocks below, so I had time to blow my sister a kiss. Now ladies - what on earth does that mean? Anxious? Me? Of course not!

I drink so much of it now I actually sell it! Have a look https://shop.foreverliving.com/retail/entry/Shop.do?store=GBR&distribID=440100418086&language=en under drinks on the left hand side. It comes in 4 flavors... I've sweet tooth so I go for the Aloe Berry Nector (cranberry). You drink 30ml a day (or more) and one bottle lasts just under 1 month! I have soooo much energy now oh and if you don't like it you get a 60 day money back guarantee!!
