I think Silver sounds fine to have for the mens ties. Your OH could get away with the pink then too.

He could wear a pink tie if he didnt mind doing that, with the other lads in silver.

He could wear silver with the other lads in pink ties...

Are we talking about cravat ties or standard ties? You will find a pink and grey stripe tie for sure which would suit the lads, leaving your groom to have a solid colour of his choice.....

The only other thing that makes this easier to is some of the men of the older generation, my grandad and ohs dad, both over 70 have problems with men wearing pink x

Standard ties im talking about. oh isnt overly keen on the whole cravat coloured waistcoat thing. which i have no probs with, but makes it that little bit more difficult to work out who wears what.

all we do know know is that oh will be wearing different to the other men, rather than the same.

Good nona, interesing idea about the strip/pattern, hadnt thought of that i was automatically thinking solid colours. isnt it strange how sometimes the most simplest of things turn into the biggest worry ever x

My BMs are wearing pink dresses - the men are wearing pink ties and my Dad is wearing a silvery grey tie with pink in it (same as the men just different colours).

OH is wearing any tie he likes (he's not chosen it yet but isn't necessarily gonna match)

The silver tie is actually a bit more lilacly but looks good still.

Im ok but i have a terrible cold so cannot be bothered to do anything except pay on laptop and watch telly. erm, supplier wise im all booked, but clothes wise and piddly bits i have loads to do, which is what im researching today. apart from that all i need to do is pay for it. sometimes i just wonder how the hell im going to manage that lol x

I wonder that too sometimes. I still have loads, OH hasn't even looked into Kilts or suits yet. I still need BMs dresses we had picked them, but with both BM's having kids and them paying for their own dresses they would rather get them cheaper so I'm looking for a website that makes then, that someone else on here has used and had good service/dresses from. Then I still need to finalize guest list and send out invites, get the boxes for my favors (which I already have) I have my dress ordered, need to get my shoes which i have picked out already and the lovely Purrfect Gems is making, my tiara, 3 wands for my flower girls, 2 flower girls haribands(ones a baby, but i want to get her a wand so she has a keepsake), and my BM's hair vines. Still need a tog, as the woman I was going to ask's husband is very very sick and its not really appropriate to ask her, so I have 2 back ups so far, just need to get prices, need flower and cake prices too!!

I probably have missed something, but will remember soon enough probably!! lol
