Help needed to find red wedding shoes

Hmcx, 6 June, 2014 at 23:47 Posted on Planning 0 16

I have searched everywhere!!

All I've wanted is some nice red wedding shoes. Heel height between 3 and 4 inches. They need to have an ankle strap because I will fall out of slip ons and sling backs, but I can't find anything. I ordered some from phase eight only when they arrived they were pink!! I could've cried....actually in probably did!

my dress arrives in less than 2 weeks so I really need to have the shoes for the fitting!

can anyone point in in the right direction?? Otherwise I'm going shoeless or just painting my feet red!

Not sure if this helps but I'm having customised shoes from http://www.beretundesigns.co.uk/index.html I've bought the shoes I'm breaking them in at home and then they are going back to be dyed and add some customisation

You should have a look at Rainbow club shoes. John lewis are normally a stockist for them. They have a few with ankle straps, and as a deal for 2014, they will colour your shoes for free in 10 different colours, one of them being scarlet! Smiley laugh

    Here is the link http://www.rainbowclub.co.uk/specialgift

Hope that helps, and you find your shoes!

P.s. I feel your pain! Recently went through a very similar predicament! lol.

P.s. If you find some shoes you like, I would wear them to the fitting as ivory, and then have them sent away to be coloured, as they might not arrive back in time for your fitting.

Exactly what owlalice said, rainbow club shoes. They are comfy a lot of padding in the sole ?

I went to john lewis, I've narrowed it down to 2 pairs of rainbow club shoes. The good thing was that they had them in the ivory and then had a pair that had been dyed next to them so you could see roughly what they would look like.

    thanks for the help

now I have to decide which ones!!

Ok thanks, these are the 2 choices. Both are very comfy. The 1st pair I could see myself wearing again. The 2nd not so much. Also the 2nd pair have a pattern on which is more noticeable when dyed part of me is slightly unsure but then when I think about buying the 1st I feel like I want the 2nd!!

I thought shoes would be easy!! I'll see if I can find pics of what they might look like dyed

Ok sounds to me like your not fully convinced on either, I prefer the second ones but you seemed concerned about the pattern.

Throwing you another option- have you seen 'Perfume' by pink, they're also dyeable

    ;-)

This is what they look like dyed. My shade would be slightly different but it gives an idea!

The 2nd pair when they're dyed just don't look right for some reason, I personally would go for the 1st based on the fact that they could be worn on other occasions therefore getting your money's worth out of them. But at the end of the day the decision is totally upto you.

    Hi,

Try Savvy Cinderella. They are very helpful and can get every colour.
