Im trying to do my order of service but im so stuck!

I cant find any good templates!!

Dont suppose any of you lovely ladies who have already done one would like to email me theirs (With their details deleted)

Im just so stuck

Help please!!!!!

Got mine on vistaprint. They lead you through it. I'm having order of the day so it's a little different.
