I need some help with a marriage quote!
I'm just getting the wording sorted for the save the dates which I've hand made. They are meant to look as if they've been stitched on with buttons and the wording on the inside reads:
Dear
He proposed ... she said 'Yes'!
X and X
will tie the knot

Formal invitation to follow (with pictures of a needle and thread)
I wanted a short quote to have on the bottom which matched to the sewing theme. I found one which OH vetoed
“Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads which sew people together through the years. That is what makes a marriage"and am struggling to find another one. Does anyone have any ideas?
