Seeing our caterers tomorrow for the first time, What should I ask?

    Menu options and prices obviously.

    What's included -staff? how many? Crockery? napkins? etc?

    Can they cater for special diets?

    What happens if you end up running late and you sit down for your wedding breakfast later then expected? extra fees for late arrival?

    Can you have a menu tasting before your day?

    If you not happy with elements of their menus can they do a bespoke menu for you?
