HELP with emails

Hi,

Can anyone help me please, I started using Hitched today and have put comments on the forum, but each comment I write or someone replies am getting an email sent to my home email account, i have over 200!!! How do i stop them??

Oops, think i've found out now!!!!! the bottom on top of the screen to disable emails!! doh! must be all the excitment!!
