help with my London hen!!

Hmm cheap but nice bars and London don't really go hand in hand, some bars do happy hours but generally more in the week.

I just went on a hen in London and we went to Strawberry Moons. We got there quite early at like 6.30 when there was a happy hour plus we went and had drinks in a pub beforehand.

Not sure what you mean by cheap (some ppls expensive is another persons cheap).

Strawberry Moons, Ice Bar, Roadhouse are some of my favourites.

Jewel is reasonably priced I think.

There's one in covent garden and one in Leicester sq.

The thing is though that London drinks just aren't cheap if you want somewhere a bit nicer than just a pub (unless you go in special hour etc). Look to pay £8-15 for a cocktail depending on where you go I'd say... Not sure what you'd rate that as cheap or expensive.

Depends what you're looking for but any of the Late Night London bars are cheaper than the upmarket London clubs - stay away from City bars at the weekend, they will be very quiet. I've been to Sway on a hen years ago and that wasn't bad value, has a restaurant there too. Also been to Sugar Reef although i'm not sure if that even exists any more!

London is never a cheap night out unfortunately!

What sort of area are you looking for? What's the age range of attendees and how cheesy or not do you want your club to be?

Living room is also a nice bar and they are dotted throughout London... Also reasonably priced in my cabbage.

Forgot to say if you're after a cool cocktail bar Be @ One are cool but normally expensive and small. Sundays are always 241 all day though

Depends what kind of thing you are after but there are plenty of late night DJ bars where the drinks are close to pub prices, particularly in EC London. I personally wouldnt touch fhe likes of Strawbwerry Moons with a bargepole - whats the point of paying London prices to end up in a club you can find in any town in the country which is full of tourists.

We are looking at the EC4 area as we are having a meal, cocktails and clubbing around covent garden/leicester square on the friday night and wanted somewhere a little out of the centre and near our hotel in barbican...reflex was looking perfect but its over 21's and i have family members who are 19 and 20 Oh and i don't mind cheesy!

Myself and another friend organised a hen for another friend. After going to this really cheap but fairly nice spa in Bethnal Green we went out to Club Salsa on Tottenham Court Rd. For £40 we got an hours group salsa class, a cocktail each, dinner and pudding plus it turned into a salsa club (funnily enough!) later on where the drinks were reasonably priced, we didn't need many drinks to be honest as there is such an atmosphere. We had an absolute ball and still talk about it to this day, would really recommend it.

Oh adventure bar usually has deals on Groupon but be warned the full price drinks are proper London prices.

Another Be@One fan! This was where I was going to suggest. They do happy hours other evenings as well but the times vary in each location I think.

I went to a hen at Grace bar, Picadilly. We had a meal in private room and then went downstairs for the club and had a reserved area. It was good that everything was in one place and it was cheap by London standards - £25 which included a three course meal and entry to the club. It was happy hour too so cocktails were reasonable. And this was all on a Saturday night!
