    Jack Frost?

    Robin?

    Icicle?

    Snowman?

    Snow Angel?

erm, I take it you want to steer clear of Christmasy things?

    Something odd but different...

Well you could go with a snow or snowflake theme, e.g. types of snow...

    Thundersnow - during thunderstorms

Snowsquall - very brief and very intense snowstorm

Dendrites - 6 pointed star shaped snowflake

Flurry - not the Mc type!

    Graupel - snow pellets

    Penitentes - high altitude snow

Watermelon snow - reddish pink snow caused by algae

    Hmmm maybe too odd.

How about lovely films with a wintry setting?

The titles don't have to fit, but maybe a still image that looks wintry could be the background on the table names, along with the film title?

Or you could just go with Pingu, March of the Penguins and Happy Feet, etc!!! ?

    Thanks for your ideas everyone

The problem i have is, alot of names sound christmasy, and its not christmas and i dont want it to sound like christmas.

I did say to mum about names of snowflakes, but she didnt think people would understand

I then went on to suggest new york places as thats where we got engaged, in the winter, but she said that wouldnt fit in the theme.

Some of the Wintery themed seating plans I've made were named based on snowy/sparkly words - eg: frost, snowflake, ice, crystal, glacier, sparkle, glisten, diamond, lustre, glitter.

or famous ski resorts: Chamonix, Meribel, Val d'Isere, Verbier, St Moritz etc

Another popular one are the reindeer names but appreciate that's more Christmassy eg Dancer, Prancer, Cupid, Comet, Vixen etc

Or even wintery plants, shrubs & trees eg Spruce, Pine, Ivy, Holly, Fir, Snowdrop etc
