Hen do, tell me all!!!

I'm hoping a weekend in brighton.. Want to take the girls to choocywoochydoodah to try some cake as that is where ours is coming from was thinking of doing a really cheesy seaside Goodbar..with rock in it, postcard etc etc

I have mine this weekend, yayyyy! We are doing a nite away, it's in a B&B, having a cocktail making class at 3PM, then dinner after, pub crawling & then clubbing. We got ours organised by one of those companies that will do it all for you so the BM's know more than I do! I believe there will be games n stuff which should be fun! We've no theme as far as I know, I doubt my BM's will be doing bags either. Just want to keep it as simple and easy as possible. I do know my BM's plan to decorate me in lots of mad hen stuff as well!

First was a weekend to Bristol organised by my very lovely CBM. We did "Its a knockout" during the day and then we went out drinking that evening.The dress up theme for that was Hello Kitty.

My second was local for the people that couldn't afford the weekend away- that was messy.

Third was a surprise hen thrown for me by some very lovely hitchers in Brighton.

Mine is planned for August :-) we are going to Nottingham from Friday to Sunday, the hotel has a spa and we are doing a cocktail making class on the Saturday evening, as well as having priority entry to certain clubs. We may try and fit in some shoppint and funny games too. It's also orgaised through a company

In Manchester Birdcage is good, and by Deansgate there's a Comedy Store and some nice cocktail bars.

From experience don't plan a million activities as it can feel rushed, it's nice to have time to chill and have a chat x

12 of us of overnight , meeting up for a bit of lunch ,then a Nude Drawing class mid afternoon then a couple of relaxed hours using the hotels leisure facilities before all heading out for cocktails and a meal and dancing until our shoes have killed off all the feeling in our feet. ?

We stayed in some apartments in liverpool for two nights. Friday night we ate in the apartment, a fair amount of booze which was mainly due to my butler in the buff who was rather lovely and served us cocktails all evening!! Saturday day time was out and about in the city we had lunch on the ferry across the mersey, then went on the big wheel. Back to the apartments for cake and champers, then dinner and clubbing- got to bed at 5am. It was awesome. I knew nothing before other than I was going to Liverpool and my girls could not have done better!! We all wore animal ears for the who weekend which was silly but very fun!

We went to Manchester. We went up on the friday on the train, went to hotel to drop bags then went to nosey some shops. We had a meal at picolinos at night, that one of my BM had organised. Saturday we went cocktail making at revolution in the afternoon, which was the funniest thing ever, I'd highly recommend it. Saturday night we went into the print works to a couple of bars then to tiger tiger before going back to deansgate. Then headed to the hotel and had a pj party eating pizza! Sunday home. Hope it gives you some ideas. Have a fab time.

Oh bags... I did some with energy tablets, paracetamol, plastic wine glass with wine charm, some face wipes, a mini bottle of wine and a mini box of chocolates. My BM did some with willy straws, dare cards, plastic glass & cup cake. We didn't have a theme, but my BM had some t-shirts made for the cocktail making.

The only advice I have to say is pack an umbrella, it is rained every time I have ever been to Manchester!!!

Do they even have sun up in that part of the country? ?

However last time I went to Manchester there was a bar that sold shots for 50p. Il take a bit of rain for alcohol that cheap.

I had two - a weekend in a big country house - hot tub, pool etc and a night out with about 20 mates all dressed in 50s garb. Was hilarious though I barely remember most of it.

I'm hoping to go to Center Parcs for the weekend. Booked early enough, a villa for 6 can come to about £50 each which isn't too bad. There is a spa there and also we'd go for a meal and some drinks, the idea being that if people can't afford the spa, hopefully that doesn't mean they can't come to anything, if that makes sense.

Maybe twice a year if we have been very very good and put some money in the metre ?

The planning has just started for mine.... 3 nights in Valencia next april with friends! and a meal in my hometown for all the ladies in my family x

Mine is a surprise - organised by 4 BM's who didnt know each other very well beforehand and now they all meet up and have become friends :-). also I am a control freak so wanted something I was totally removed from organising - its in 3 weeks and am very excited

Apparently there are two planned ?, a weekend away in Marbs then cocktail class, dance class and drinking with the girls in London or Manchester not sure where yet and not sure what order ? but bring it on about 15-20 of us going!!

My lovely sister CB is organising a hen weekend in Cardiff, i am so excited. She has arranged hotel for 2 nights, cocktail making classes with nibbles, and dreamboys show in the evening with a buffet . We are also going out on the first night to all clubs etc I do like a good club and so does my friends so i am more than happy with these arrangements.

There are so many options available online get your cheif bridesmaids to look on google, so far that sit has been my savoiur xxx

Yes ? as in the male model will be covered in nakedness as us hens draw him not as in us all being naked ... we just aren't that close lol.

The majority of us are between 35 and 45 but with the help of a couple of drinks I'm sure we will be reduced to smirking and pointing like giggling teenagers.
