Hen Weekends

Do you have any ideas in mind, or any places? Do you mean where abouts or what to do?? What about spa weekend, cocktail making, ... You could go abroad, or manchester, Brighton, Newcastle. Xx

I know that when my hen weekend comes around I would like to have a spa weekend somewhere very nice with dinner and cocktails and of course loads of pampering treats!! ?

Mines been booked through a company called Maximise - www.maximise.co.uk - they had a lot of different activities to choose from and a lot of cities as well (though we are heading to London).

I'm going on my friend's hen do next weekend. She's hiring a cottage nr bath. We're having a bit of pampering on sat morning. In the afternoon we're having a 20s theme dance lesson then going on for dinner and drinks. I think I want to hire a local pottery cafe during the day so all ages can come then go out for a meal and drinks in evening. For me it was more important to have all my female friends and family there as opposed to going away somewhere.

I am going to Liverpool for mine withupto 16 girlies, 2 night stay 4*central hotel, go karting and 3 course meal on the sat night, vip pub n club entry....booked through ukgirlthing and they have been fab, all for 159 each, and best thing is no need to collect peoples cash, they pay online or phone each month

then a few weeks before the wedding i am having a 50's swing dress theme night out for all female friends and family

Me and my friends have booked a cottage on the beach....we are taking food and wine and have a caterer coming in on the sat to cook for us!

There is 11 of us going to spain for mine for a long weekend, 3 nights all inclusive in a 3 star hotel (Not the Ritz but it's ok, I've been there twice before on hen weekends) including flights for £200 each. I originally was going to have one in the UK as I wanted all my friends to be able to attend, however when working out costing for a weekend here, the price wasn't much different and the girls was insistent that we all went abroad. Can't wait!

My hen weekend is in a manor house near bath. It's split into 2 wings and holds 32 in total. Going to get caterers in on the Friday night and go for cocktails and dancing on Saturday night. It has a swimming pool and hot tubs etc. I wanted to keep it as cheap as possible for those who are a bit short of cash and got the whole weekend in for £130! I googled hen weekends and it was advertised on one of those websites.

I'm going on a Butlins 90's weekend in 17 days! Excited!

I'm off to Alton Towers. Spa and pampering on the Sat day, nice meal and drinks in the eve and then theme park on sun. All in for B&B, spa entry, theme park and fast passes its £99pp for 16 of us. Booked direct with the resort rather than through an agency. X

I think we're having a day at the races in york, then jumping off the train in leeds to go out

oh and i'm having a cheeky trip to the mallorca rocks hotel for a week with my best friend (bm) in magaluf in june x
