Hi, i've never posted on this thread before. I've decided I wanna loose some weight but struggling to decide which of all these dieting oohjahs would be best for me. I don't really have time to go to meetings as such and i want to loose about 2 and a half stone. (I'm currently 15 stone and a size 16/18) . So my first question would be, which process is easiest for someone who struggles to have spare time?

Obviously most of the diets are going to be sensible eating, smaller portions and exercise, which I'm going to commit to anyway, but I also wondered if anyone had tried any of these diet aids that seem to be advertised everywhere? The ones I've specifically been told about by friends are Puer Tea and the pink patch thing. I'm skeptical of both, has anyone used these with any success? Or any other similar proudcts?

Cheers xx

    Hi,

I don't think that Pink Patch etc are a good way to lose weight. If they really worked and were good, everyone would be using them I would have thought, but I have not tried them myself.

I have been on WW from the middle of March and I have lost nearly a stone, thats with being out practically every weekend and a 2 week holiday in the middle of it. It does work for me.

I do need to do more exercise though.

You will get loads of advice on here, better than I can give you, so welcome to WL ?
