Hi everyone!
Didnt realise there were so many OT and BT regulars on here, Ive never ventured onto this board.
I need to lose 3 stone but am aiming just for 1 as a small target, 3 seems so daunting!
My main problem is being a SAHM, this will hopefully change soon but its being home means its so easy to pick at food and cake with other Mummies is a killer. I dont have much willpower ☹️
I lost 1/2 a stone last year just by cutting down and cutting out unhealthy snacks, would love toget back on track again
