they are often used in Indian weddings - i know the sites above are in the USA< but they will possibly ship here - just bear in mind you will have to pay import tax when they arrive in the UK.

Alternatively, most stationery designers will happily make boxed scrolls for you. I've made boxed scrolls in the past and they can be really attractive.

I have seen the scroll bars somewhere in the UK too, but cannot for the life of me find the site at the moment...will keep looking!!!
