Hi ladies,
I literally died last night when I went to a never heard of HIIT class- high intensity interval training. I have never known anything like it in my life!! I have made a decision to do a class an evening Monday to Friday and just be a bit more food savvy. I'm a size 12 but not happy within myself as feel a bit wobbly in places! Hopefully these classes will help and I would like to loose a couple of stone.
