I 100% believe the raffle was drawn in the right way and there shouldn't have been a shortlist of what you wanted to win but unfortunatley I am too far away to use my wonderful prize so would be nice for someone else to use it. Let me know your thoughts. Don't want to appear ungrateful as the reason was to donate and raise money.

Teehee I am really surprised at that comment... this was all arranged in good spirit to raise money for Eliza's FIL... Nat paid into the fund too and so deserved to be included. The numbers were picked at random so it was completely fair.

I'm not surprised, it was for charity and so the more raised the better.

Teehee - I don't see the problem. Nat posted the numbers of the prizes clearly and they have been posted for ages. She also posted a screenshot of the winning numbers which were allocated in order. Everything has been transparent. I'm not implying you are saying it was fixed but for Nat's number to come up for that prize is a one in a million shot (or something like that) and. She could have quite easily won a "smaller" prize and I'm sure nothing would have been said.

I also have no problem with Bridebrat entering the raffle and winning a prize. It was all done fairly and in good faith and the important thing is it has raised lots of money for a wonderful cause.

I don't see that there is an issue with the prize that BrideBrat has won. She has been really transparent and I really don't think that any part of this has been in any way dodgy. For the amount of effort that she has put in I think it's nice she won something special.

hell i gave a tenner and only asked for a fivers worth of tickets coz as u say its for a good cause, one which I have recently been affected by also.

I don't think Teehee was implying that there was any dodgy stuff going on. It's obvious it was all random, but I agree with what she said - If I had organised it then I wouldn't have bought tickets, just would have maybe made a donation instead.

Sorry for the confusion KBS, I should have explained better - The list of numbers, imagine if they were numbered, your number (23) was the 40th number, so you won prize number 40. Had a massive lump in my throat then, I thought I'd ballsed it up lol!

Teehee, I'm sorry you feel like that, I really didn't expect to win anything let alone something like that, I do feel stupid and embarassed to have won. I let everybody buy tickets, including people who donated prizes (Hence Laura_boo winning her own prize - Ooops!)

I am going to email all of the winners email addresses to the people who have donated prizes to sort it out over the next couple of hours (I'm sure it will take me that long to do it!) so look out for an email.. I think I have a couple of people's email addresses missing so will post on the forum who I need details from as and when I work out whose I need.
