Hitchers On Facebook Groups

Im on the 2013 facebook page and really like it - dont really come onto the forum anymore just facebook as good with brides/grooms at same sort of stage as me

I'm a member of the fb although have decided to hide all posts and not been on in a month. I was most disturbed when one of the ladies was asking whether any other members had been sexually abused at any point in their life and there then proceed to be a full blown conversation about this. Whilst I sympathise with the girls situation it wasn't something I was expecting to see on such a website ? and really put me off going on.

Oh why that sounds like a a fun/light hearted discussion! The group i joined the other day seems friendly and light hearted so far, we shall see. x

I saw that post too Follies! Some people just don't think before they speak.... or type in this case.

Well best pass the message on to your mates as quite a few participated in that discussion ?

I don't think it's a particularly nice subject to discuss either, best to just stick to the wedding planning ?

Yeah I have been part of the 2013 and 2014 groups and jeeze it gets heated seriously in there, a lot of bitching & sadly bullying from what I've witnessed so I didnt stick around, Hitched is safer lol Shame it gets like that though these women should be super excited sharing ideas not to say it won't go smoother for others just try not to get involved
