Hi ive just joined this site hoping for some help, we are unsure of where to get married? here or abroad? i only want a small wedding with as little fuss as possible, my partner really likes the idea of a little white chapel in vegas with a 3 night stay then a trip up to lake tahoe for a week stay, the only difficulty with this is that we have children aged 15, 5 and 1, im unsure this kind of wedding would be suitable for them? i want it to be an experience not only we will enjoy but the children also, any suggestions xx

Hi there

Congrats on the upcoming wedding !

Its difficult with the children, the 15 year old can entertain them self but I wouldn't want to take a one year old to Vegas personally, as Vegas is all about the casinos/drinking/shows etc and you probably wont be able to have the experience you would have if you went alone (just my opinion, and i have no kids so I don't know for sure!)

Have you thought more of a beach wedding? Somewhere that's kid friendly?

All that said, its your day and you do what you feel is right!

Hi,

Agree with the above post, not sure vegas is a good place to take children.

Have you thought about Mexico or the Caribbean? Gorgeous Beach places and beautiful countires.

Floride could be an option? Fantastic for children, ive been there twice and loved it.
