Just that he comes and stays overnight in your house to get a feel for the place and what the couple wants from it, then draws up plans and presents them with various options and the associated costs. He came across really well. He wants people to stop looking at properties as just houses they can sell at a profit down the line and to start thinking of them as homes instead.

I love this programme! We're looking at buying a house very similar to this so I've mentally spent a lot of money ?

I was watching, this is the second series. the house was lovley at the end. I am coverting the table and chairs in kitchen althou not sure they would go with my 1970s house ☹️

I liked it in the end! The kitchen were lovely as were the children's rooms. I just couldn't imagine handing over my house and £120k to someone and letting them get on with it although I suppose there's a lot we didn't see.

I think there is something rather lovely about George Clark - such a sweetie, and I generally always like what he does.Thumbs up from me!
