Honeymoon documents! When will they arrive? Stressing!

Hey, we're actually getting married abroad, we go our documents at the weekend. It's normally 4 weeks before you travel so you should get the call soo - did you book in a shop or online?

Last few hols we've been on you got everything on email - are you sure that you haven't had them emailed? Who did you book with? I know Thomsons and First Choice do this...

Kuoni and was booked online. 2 and a half weeks to go and a bit worried we Havent heard anything xxx

I would deffinately phone them as kuoni usual;ly send tickets etc out around 4 weeks before departure unless there has been a massive flight time change with which they will be trying to contact you.

I can't remember the last time I had actual tickets.

For our honeymoon (Kuoni but booked through Blue Bay Travel) we were sent an A5 booklet, which had the e-tickets printed inside.

Most other holidays I have just had to print the booking confirmation or complete online check in.

Your post got me thinking as we're booked with Kuoni and go in just under 4 weeks. I've just phoned them and they said the documents should arrive 2-3 weeks before and if I've not received them by the end of next week to call again.

As you've only got 2 and a half weeks, I'd definitely phone them. The number I used was ****

We booked through Virgin and was told they would come 2 weeks before the honeymoon. We fly out on 4th September. I got a text the other week to say they will be coming soon and two weeks before so hoping anyday now!

Kuoni tend to send their tickets about 7-10 days before you travel (well they do to our shop anyway, thomas cook) but you may have had them emailed either depends on flights you've booked etc. if you have 2 and half weeks to go dont panic, but if they arent here in a week id ring them again, or email
