Honeymoon help

Well, we went to book our Lake Garda/Tuscany honeymoon at w-end and the travel agents wanted £4,800 for 2 wks. We were in shock.

Hence now we are back to square one looking at alternative places and just wanted some inspiration.

Want somewhere with a wow factor, not local but then not half way round the world, as our 4 year old will be coming with us and nowhere near £5k.

Any recommendations?

    OH says Cyprus is lovely and you can get some amazing 5* places apparently

    Who did you book through? We went to lake Garda and Venice for 10 nights for our honeymoon and it cost less than 3k. We got five star all inclusive and private transfers. Amazing! We booked through citalia and they were brilliant.

    This was with Citalia too. We wanted Lake Garda for a few days then down to Tuscany near a beach for our daughter for the rest of the 2 wks.
