Honeymoon in Goa

Hi, we are getting married next year on 5th September and we were thinking of going to Goa for our honeymoon, I know its monsoon season, but has anybody been to Goa in September, how bad is it? How much rain do you get, does it rain just for a bit then sunny or rain all day?

This is what a local tour guide has to say as well " It doesn’t rain all the time during monsoon, but it rains every day – heavy tropical showers are punctuated by warm sunshine"
