Honeymoon in Jamaica!

OOOO I've been I've been!!

We went in September Last year and it was amazing- people are all lovely- fab weather- great food!

We had quite a few thunderstorms but they were amazing! they lasted about an hour and absolutely threw it down but ive never seen such beautiful lightning! This happened about 1pm every day but cleared up within half an hour!

Where abouts you thinking of heading to? We went to a Sandals in Negril.

If you are heading round that area i suggest you lok at getting a trip to Ricks Cafe. Its award winning Bar for the best sunsets in the world! It's basically a bar on a cliff face and you get all the locals doing cliff diving! We went there by catamaran and it was amazing!

We also went climbing up the Martha Brae waterfall which was fab- You hold hands in a long chain and literally zig zag up the waterfall getting really wet! Got some fab pics!

Other than that there are the usual watersports but also dolphins etc!

Glad you found something you like!! I'd suggest getting a short list of hotels that you like the look of and are in price and then check them up on TA. Things you might want to consider when looking for an AI hotel are:

Number of restuarnts
Food & drinks included in the package
Sports included in the package
Extras?

I've not been to Jamaica but would love to climb up Dunns River Falls ?. I think Ochios Rios and Negril are 2 of the bigger resorts.

Looks like paradise, has everything we want, is couples only (we notI taking the nipper so may would prefer some real alone time away from children).
