Hi!

Just found this website and it looks GREAT!!! I'm looking at Alfred Angelo BMs dresses, in Tealness. This website has them, and is v cheap.

Anyone any experience of this site?

Thanks

It seems a great site.....almost too good to be true?

I was thinking of getting my girls to try dresses on in a local store, then ordering online. Our best man's mum is a dress maker/seamstress so I know she will do alterations too.

    Feedback ladies....???

I had a bridesmaids dress from this site a couple of years ago, beware tho you have to pay cutoms tax when they arrive in the UK so not as cheap as you may think.

I cant remember how much they cost but they were Dessy ones they were around 80 pounds cheaper than the bridal shop we tried them on in. You have to take your own measurements tho so make sure you double and triple check the sizes, perhaps get a dressmaker to measure you. Also i have to say by the time they came etc and the cost of alterations that were needed i dont know if it was really worth the hassle. All depends on the dresses you are looking at i guess. But i would go and try the ones that you are after in a shop as colours dont always look the same online Smiley smile

Brill! Thanks for the advice. I have already seen the Tealness colour in the shop so am happy with that. Also have my seamstress contact lined up, guess I will just have to shop around then decide if it's worth the hassle getting them online.

    Thanks

Gillsy got some gorgeous BM dresses from here. Luckily for her though her parents had a place out there and picked them up for her! If you got them delivered to over here you get charged tax at customs. I can't remember the exact figure but am sure it's around 20%...so it works out pretty much the same as buying one here!!

When you order dresses from China though they mark it as a gift, and say it's only worth a few pound. That's why you don't get charged extra at customs, BUT if your package went missing you'd only be covered for the few quid they say it's worth!!
