how did we all get on at our wedding fayres today?

Oh yes I so did! I didn't even know there was a wedding fair in town until I was setting up my gift list - I got the car of my dreams for a unbelievably low price- I am still floating.

I just did a post on mine, hired a lucky chimney sweeper and also realised I now want an old fashioned car too!

Well oh got some good suit ideas,which was part of the reason we went, also found a really cheap cake maker now we were going for a m&s 1 to cut costs but i can get 1 3 tiered 1 for £204 which will cut out alot of hassle of me decorating it, cos i actually have no idea what im doing with it. also we saw a baileys fountain, which oh has fallen in love with. we shal;l see on this tho i think. and also as well found a cute candy shop type thing, now i liked it h2b didnt. hmmm

Mine was a bit poor really. I found everyone lovely, albeit some just assuming I was going with them (some hair lady, but no way with the prices she was charging). I am now (like futureMC) rethinking the cake. was just going for M&S cake but might try and find someone to make something disgustingly chocolatey. Had a good old chat with the stationary lady, but didnt have the heart to tell her Im making all of my own, I just checking out her ideas. Better luck next week - we have a big one coming up!

i got loads of stuff including a necklace that im not even sure a 5 year old would like to wear. strange. and some also not very nice chocolate.

What a day......absolutely knackered, 4 hours of information overload lol....3 bags? We had 5!!! Was a great day, tried lots of chocolate fountains......white chocolate mmmhhhh. Where was that Bailyes fountain? OMG, sounds sooo yummy!

Booked our piper today, yay!!! Other than that, got plenty of ideas, looked at some lovely dresses and H2B found an outfit that he really likes.....

I went to 2 today, (they were very close together) so ended up with again loads of bags. May have found THE dress, it is an Alfred Angelo dress but its more then I wanted to spend on the dress so really not sure what to do?!? Am going to go to another shop to try some more on so fingers crossed!
