how do i change user name

Can anyone help me, Ive tried to change user name but on my profile it comes up greyed out so I cant' change it, does any one know how I can do this??

    With great difficulty! I've followed the instructions from Dean to the letter and mine still hasn't changed. Wouldn't mind so much, but they changed it from my user name to my real name without consulting me in the first place, and now I can't change it back!
