How do you flash?

When I click on the little insert image it asks for an Image URL. If they're on my computer how would they have a URL? lol

    Click on the filmstrip icon, make sure the 'from computer' tag then browse your PC for the file. If you change the size to width 200 it fits nicely and doesn't take up too much space :-)
