If I was doing them the healthy way then I parboil and spray with oil.

If I'm doing them the other way I coat them liberally in oil and sea salt.

Soak them to destarch, then just bring to boil and no more in clean water with a good dash of salt.

Olive oil, paprika, cayenne and garlic.

Nope, just quarter them, toss them in the roasting tin in OO, salt, pepper, and thai 7 spice. Lovely job.

I dont par boil. Cut them into wedges, douse with olive oil and Schwartz steak seasoning oven bake for 20-30 mins. Lovely and peppery Smiley smile

Sometimes I use garlic salt instead of the steak seasoning.

Opf, i'm hungry now...only 4.5 hours till dinner, gah.

I par boil or we'd be waiting all night for them to cook. I like them fluffy inside.

chuck in a roasting tin of hot hot hot OO with chilli and garlic. Yum!

I use new pots and leave the skins on.

Par boil for 5-10 mins, drain shake them around so the edges break up and leave to dry out for 5mins (makes them crispier) .

I spray with Frylite (spray oil) and sometimes use herbs or those seasoning shakers. Cook on gas 9 for 30mins ish.

    Having some tonite ?

edited to add I like to crack an egg over them 5 mins before the end and you get a fried egg on top !

Yes we do - they always take AGES to cook though, what gas mark do other people use?

We put garlic salt, chicken seasoning, cayenne pepper and hot season all mix ?

I par boil for 3 mins and then put them in for 20 mins at 200c. Otherwise you need to bake them longer and lower, and if they're lower they don't go as crispy as I would like.
