How long before you get pro tog pics back???

Hi guys,

This ones for OMs really I suppose. How long did it take your tog to get your pics back to you? It's been three weeks since the wedding (fair enough it was on top of christmas) and he said 2 - 3 weeks. I've not heard anything from him. I've emailed him and hubby has txt him. Should I be worried? Or am i being OMZilla? lol. It's just that I'm waiting to do my thank you cards

I went on honeymoon for 2 weeks and the disk was there when I got back.

It depends how busy he is though I suppose but if a time frame was specified then he should stick to that or email you to let you know why he can't.

I cannot speak for your photographer, but my delivery time for weddings in the peak season (Apr-Sept) is between 4 to 6 weeks. For off peak season it is up to 4 weeks, but never longer, and my clients are always kept up to date with the progress and given a delivery schedule.From what you are saying, it sounds like your photographer is still within a reasonable schedule for delivering your CD, but he/she should have replied to you. That is just good customer service...

I got mine last week, but i only had them put on to disc, as my dad is going to the my album for me.

im sure he will contact you soon. dont panic. xx
