Possibly 4 big bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and 3 page boys! Argh! I need to whittle this down. I don't want to spend any more than £100 on each older bm, this will include dress and flowers.

3 BM and 3 flower girls. I am only paying for 2 BMs and setting £100 for dress and shoes each, but if I can get them cheaper then all the better as we on a tight budget, they can buy their own accessories as only asking them to where diamante studs. Flowers for all 6 have come in around £30 (making myself).

Oh forgot, I have brought the two older flower girls diamante hairbands that are gorgeous and cost £3 for both!

    Two bridesmaids.

Their dresses were £180 each. I've asked them to wear their own shoes (they already have some that are suitable).

Hair is £25 each by a friend of one bridesmaid. The other bridesmaid is doing the makeup.

    Gifts are about £60 each.

    Bouquets about £35 each (I can't remember!!).

Ive also got them personalised dressing gowns for the morning when we get ready. They were about £20... Primark and DIY jobbie.

Ah yes I forgot bouquets! They are £40 each. And I lied about gifts, just remembered I bought them personalised hangers for their dresses. I'm terrible, no wonder I'm always skint haha.

I originally didn't want any (long story but I had 4 at my first wedding including my 2 sisters and they were a nightmare), but I have decided to have my 2 best friends as bridesmaids again as I really want them involved. Haven't decided on a budget but most likely the dresses will come from Ebay (as will mine!) and I am making the flowers myself.

I have two bridesmaids and one flower girl. I wanted 4 bridesmaid but the cost, along with it being a small venue I didn't think it would work.

My MOH bought their dresses as a present so I'll buy shoes, flowers and a small gift. Probably about £80 (£160 with the dress)

For my flower girl I got her dress in the debenhams sale for £14. With shoes, a cardigan, flowers and a little partybag/bride rag doll I'll probably spend about £60.

I'm having 3 BMs. I spent about £90 each on their dresses and shoes and about £30 each for hair and £30 each for gifts.

I'm also having 2 flower girls, aged 21 months and 3 years. Luckily their dresses were in the sale so only cost £46 for the 2 of them. I've also got them very cute little fur collared shrugs that were £12 each and shoes were £16 each. Got them little personalised bears for their present which were a bargain at £7 each. They'll have some a colouring book for the wedding breakfast too.

2 bridesmaid - my sister, and our joint best friend and her two daughters as flowergirls.

Bridemaids dresses have come in at £230/each but i'm hoping to pick up everything else for less than £100/each. Not looking for flower girl dresses until much nearer the wedding (Sep 15) and they'll be 7 and 11 by then so think we might struggle to find flower girl dresses (def don't want junior briedemaids) that aren't too young for them. hoping to get full outfits for them though for less that £100/each.

Nephew will be page boy, so about £50 for kilt hire maybe? Although H2B and Bestman are having kilt outfits made so i'm hoping we can come to an agreement with the shop re hiring stuff for rest of the men..........................

Hadn't even thought about hair and makeup costs.............................................

My 3 bridesmaids have kindly offered to pay for their own, so luckily I am only having to pay for the 2 flower girls. I am hoping to spend no more than £40 each on their dresses, as they will only be 2 and 5 years old.

4 adult bridesmaids, we'll pay for their dresses (up to £180 each), shoes & hair and flowers.

We'll have 2 junior bridesmaids and pay for their dresses up to £60 each, plus shoes, hair & flowers. Gifts for all 6, maybe £40 on each of them, I guess we'll spend approx £1550 all in all. Eeeek. Obviously if we can get their dresses cheaper we will, I think this is over estimated, but I always rather that! Good job we have so long to save, lol! Xx

I am just having 1 bridesmaid - my sister, and I have budgeted to spend £500 on dress, shoes, jewellery, hair and make up for her. Starting to think I may have overestimated based on everyone else's spends!

I am having 4 adult bridesmaids (4 of my closest friends, although my MOH was actually my fiances friend before I knew him) and 2 flower girls (one is a niece of my fiance and 1 is the daughter of one of my best mates who couldnt be bridesmaid).

I am not sure what to spend on them, although for their dresses (as its a summer wedding) im thinking of just doing a "normal" dress for them rather than a made bridemaid one so around £60 per dress. Flower girls i'd say £40 per dress, so £320 in total. I will be asking them to provide their own shoes in nude - not bothered about shoes matching.

I think i'll be paying for the adults l to have shellac nails (£30) and also their hair (£30) but do their own makeup. Although that still seems a LOT compaired to others budgets... hmm this requires a new post for me I think! Smiley smile

After thinking about this allot!! Think I have finally decided on 5 BM (started with 9!) And one flower girl. Hopping to keep the dresses about £80 each and will ask them to wear there own shoes. Hair will be done by my sister (hairdresser) and think we will do own make-up. FG dress not sure yet but hope to keep in about £40 and will make her a wand about £10.
