How many points am I allowed?

Perry, 9 December, 2008 at 11:22 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1

I used to go to WW and lost a lot of weight (size 18/20 down to size 12)

Ive put a bit back on recently (size 14s are getting tight) and I feel really unhealthy as Ive just pigged out so im going to go back on WW but at home as money is tight at the moment but i can't remember how many points I was allowed.

5'9", don't do a lot of excersie (sit on my backside at work) and 11st 5lb

Can anyone help or point in the direction of a site that can help??

Its really the wrong time to start isn't it but I need to do something!!!!

Thanks,

x

Here you go: Female = score 3, Male = score 9 How old? 16-20 score 5, 21-35 score 4, 36-50 score 3, 51-65 score 2, Weight in stones? Ignore lbs (ie 12 stone 5lbs would score 12), How tall? under 5ft 4 inches = score 1, 5ft 4 inches and above = score 2, In day to day life are you? sitting down most of the time? score 0 occasionally sitting but mainly standing? score 2 walking most of the time? score 4 doing physcially hard work most of the time? score 6 Add up score and that's your points. Starting now will give you the chance to maybe lose a few pounds before christmas. Also it will make it easier to get back into after christmas.
