How to lose fat without losing much weight?

kitson, 27 February, 2012 at 07:12 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 3

I weighed in my weight and checked my height too, one of these days. My weight was ideal for my height but then there was this part where it showed the body fat percentage. And it went over the ideal body fat percentage. How am i supposed to lower the body fat percentage without losing weight, is it possible?

Hello yes it is possible to do. I am a wellness coach and we encourage our clients to look at their body fat percentages rather than their weight. If you increase your protein content, it will help to convert your fat percentages to muscle. Ultimately, muscle weighs more than fat so you should expect to see a change in body shape as you become leaner. You also need to go with more lean protein - poultry, fish not red meat and saturated fat. I can work out your protein requirement easily, message me if you would like some more info!

Weight loss can ber reduce by eating fruits and vegetables. These items have a ability to burn fat and minimize over weight.

Fruits increase the energy level. Use juices after every 2 hours. And it maintain vitamins and energy level. My opinion is that don't eat fat and oily items which increase weight.

By use fruits and vegetables i hope it will defiantly reduce fat and maintain weight level.
