Just as the title says really. Has anyone got any tips? I do weights whenever I go to the gym, which is what the instructor has said to do, but sadly no effect on my upper arms in the past 2 years I have been doing work outs. Same for my muffin top - even when I dropped a few inches off my waist, that horrible bit of flab at the top of my jeans is still there! Is there a miracle exercise out there?!
