I could provide wallets that would hold a disc - they'd just slip in from the top ... the wallet itself could be decorated according to your requirements!

as others have mentioned, the Envelopments range of pocketfolds are perfect for adding a disc into. You can just pop the disc into the pocket along with the invitation card and then pocket can be decorated to reflect your Vegas theme.

If you want to send the disc in an actual box, I can make boxed invitations as an alternative. You could also get 'dvd' covers made to go into real DVD boxes perhaps.
