Thank you all is was a fantastic day the theme was because my husband has been ill and we never really had a gather for friends and family for fun so we decided to have a laugh and take the mick out of all the hospital appointmnets etc.

Yes our favours were syringe pens and we then did a key chain from the charity that is researching my husbands condition, table plan was fantastic and it did really what we wanted !!

The cake was fantatstic it was made by a lady called Sharon of Reality Cakes by Sharon Wells https://realitycakes.com/index.html she made everything on the cake from icing she was fantatstic
