I am obsessed with wedding forums!!

MrsCJ, 31 October, 2010 at 17:48 Posted on Planning 0 12

Hi,

I dislocated my knee 7 weeks ago and do nothing but come on here! I should be doing school work though...teacher in a high school but LOVE hearing and seeing other B2B's stories!

What other forums are good? Or are you faithful to Hitched? ?

xx

I've broken nothing but am still always on here lol!

I used to always be on a different forum (Not wedding related) but as of lately have found myself not being bothered if I don't even go on it for weeks at a time!

I'm on another Wedding forum but I think this is the best one.

I pop into the MSE wedding part but can't post anymore because it wont let me log in for no reason!

I'm nervous and excited. I teach maths, so it should be interesting tomorrow. All I've done is watch tv and eat, so the healthy regime begins tomorrow!

The kids will have been fine without you..just check their answers at the back of the text book! ? That is the running joke in our school! Just jokes, they will appreciate having you back I bet. I am the only one teaching my subject so they have went out to general cover. One kid in 4th year did 5 pages of work in FIVE WEEKS! They do that with me in 2 periods. Lazy!

Hope it all goes well. You driving? xxxxxx

Yep, am driving. I think I would be less nervous if Id taught at the school before, but it was a new post that I was supposed to start in Sept!! So the rest of the department have been covering for me - I feel very guilty about this!!

Hows the knee at the moment? xx

New job too...wow! You'll be fine, it is daunting even things like going for lunch! Maths has loads of staff so there will be nice ones guaranteed.

Knee fine, nurofen helps..can't kneel down and made that mistake earlier. Ouch! You are going back quite early, teacher in my dept did same as you last christmas and returned the day we broke for summer ? Be nice to get your class sorted and make it your own. I'll be thinking about you tomorrow, know exactly how you'll be feeling xxxxxxxx

    Hey Sarina,

Zumba is so easy to pick up! Every piece of music that is the same within a song has the same dance move, so 4/5 moves max. These are easy moves too! I love it and it was the first time in my 29 years that I LOVED exercise. You can burn upto 1000 calories in an hour class. I was losing alot as I need to rehearse a routine and had 3 classes a week. Luckily friends are covering for me so il just go back to my classes when i'm better!

I'd say two a week you would notice a difference, two less nights eating in front of TV. I lost my appetite too which was good and bad! It is like a party atmosphere, good tunes and workout. Instructors vary so you might have to try a few! xxx
