I am so pleased with my beautiful invites - FLASH!!

My OH and I designed them and I love them!

The theme is based on traveling as we got engaged last summer whilst on a road trip through America. The 'coat of arms' is a mix between a casino chip (we started the trip in Las Vegas) and the Golden Gate Bridge (we finished the trip in San Fransisco - we got engaged in Golden Gate Park). The invites are a mini passport and the RSVP's are perforated boarding cards.The sticker on the back was ordered from vistaprint and they act a bit like an old fashioned seal.

We have had great feedback via the RSVPs so far and we only posted them 5 days ago! Its all becoming very real and exciting! Cant wait until June 2nd now!!

How have you lovely ladies been getting on with your invites? Isnt it lovely to put yur own stamp on something and make them so personal?

Forgot to say that I've only just started to design mine, but plan to make them as well ?

We made them all too. Ordered the strimmer to do the perforating and a corner cutter to do the round edges. Everything else we managed to do on our printer on the fine setting and OH borrowed a long stapler from work to make the booklets.

It's all about the paper quality we decided :-) oh and lots of hard work. The production line was amazing!

They were made by us. Once we brought the card and paper and filled up the ink in our printer it was mainly man hours that it took.
