Congratulations to all you fellow winners ? I am so excited now, so just need to make a date in Manchester.

Wonder how many outfits to take etc? Would you take your veil and wedding shoes, I was thinking I have a black bask with my wedding shoes and veils black and white theme? Need some new underwear sets. Oh what to do ?

My mum has jewellery and I have 2 hats what about you?

It says you get 1 free 5 x 7 photo in gift box. Do you know if you will still be able to buy the extra prints and put in an album yourselves?

    TIA

I have just rung them now, and have a temporary date. But here goes, with this package like anything!

They require a £29 deposit prior to booking. 1 free 5 x 7 print with the prize, each print after this with is 5 x 7 is £79 each, if you buy 10 or 7 you get them for the price of 5.

They will keep your account open for 1 month after the shoot, but if you want it to be left open longer then you speak to the photographer. I am thinking I will now give it to him for his 40th as I have already got his wedding present which is his watch.

What she has suggested is they give you a card with your log in details, then h2b can choose his/our choice of picture. Then that will be the picture free within the package.

You would think so, but there always is @ ?????

I think I am going to pay for 1 extra print at £79, they can do over standing order. So that way he has 2 pictures to pick on his birthday. Then was thinking about getting him something else. As it is alot of money to find. My mum now says its silly to go for.

I emailed them on their website through there contact page, the lady I have just spoken to has just said they are all in a meeting. The lady who emailed me back was viki, and she said when I ring back speak to her

I think there are quite a few photgraphic places that do this - lure you in with cheap / free photography, but the photos are incredibly expensive to buy. It covers the cost of the 'free' photoshoot probably.

There's one I know of near here that does it all the time (friends / family have had their photos done there) - the photos are good, but that's just how they operate! Lure you in with the 'freebie' and once you see the lovely photos, you can't refuse, and they make their money!

KJIN i don't think it's a scam but it's not 'free'. They make their money back on the prints and make it sound good by saying you've one a prize. There's a few companies that do this. I see them in shopping centres all the time.

I was so chuffed when I found out, but as you say why have so many runner-up prizes??

I thought OK, it will be a good idea. But when I rang and you have to pay £29 to book. Now this is a competition you have to pay and get it refunded on the day. Then when you go if you what any extra prints it is £79 for a 5 x 7 print which is a stupid price to pay for a really standard photo size.

I have been sat here thinking, I am not 100% about it. You will want more pictures because you will look stunning of course you will as they kind of pictures you always do. Its like the ones you see at the Trafford Centre.

But I have been thinking we have a friend who is a professional photographer doing children. I am sure she would take some of me if I wanted to give to h2b as a present at a fraction of the cost. I would even get the proofs.
