Hi everyone. I don't understand what's happening, I'm eating 1400 cals on normal days and **** on excercise days. I admit I have had a few too many days where I have eaten chocolate, but I still didn't go over by much. I work out 3 times a week doing a DVD (the Claire Sweeney one) I guess there are a lot of excercises using weights and squats etc, not all cardio. But then I've been using the bike for 20 mins a couple of times a week too.
I don't look bigger, but I'd be surprised if I'm gaining because of muscle. My waist doesn't seem to be getting any smaller, but my legs and arms are quite small and toned now. My weight is really bothering me, I'm 5'2" and I'm sure with my BMI I'd probably be classed as overweight, which is silly because I know I'm not fat. I wear a size 10 and sometimes an 8. I'm just really struggling with being this heavy, even to the point that I'm trying to cut down my calorie intake even more, but I know that would be counterproductive.
Does anyone have any info on gaining muscle weight instead of fat, maybe that is what's happening?
