I love colouring in

AmnesiaCustard, 27 November, 2013 at 15:38 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 27

Is there a grown up job that pays shedloads that is actually just colouring in? If so, please may I apply?

I know where you got his from... ?

Don't sociologists and geographers spend most of their time colouring in?

I see that geographers do maps (and I love maps) but what do sociologists colour?

I always used to do my children's' colouring in homework and got really good marks for it so I have form.

Good one, but I think the cutting of the glass is just too dangerous. I am a liability in that sort of thing.

Do you get new crayons too? I did a picture of their cat for my Son in Law's birthday. As he is ginger (The cat, not the Son in law) I used lots and lots of lovely different crayons.

I love colouring in too, to the point where doing our table plan for the caterers was the highlight of wedding planning for me....

I covered a geography class today, and I can confirm that, yes, we did colouring in! A world map too, great fun! Except I forgot to include Australia and New Zealand - bottoms.

When I worked in education, the biology department had the most impressive array of colouring pens. They were also the kings of cut and paste.

I love colouring in too. I find if soothing.

No colouring in involved in Sociology sorry, I am forced to teach GCSE and it doesn't feature, although maybe you don't get to do the colouring until degree level.

I would love a job that meant I got paid to colour in! Sadly I can't think of any. Although slightly related I would love to work in one of those paint your own pottery shops as they get to paint lots.

Beyond sudoku looks incredible - I'm going to hunt out a copy as I love a good puzzle too. This also ties nicely in with my stationery obsession - I love pens like that (as well as post it's, paper, holepunches etc etc)

I colour in at work all the time! Sometimes I colour in with my tongue poking out the side of my mouth. I always use red for early to mid 16th century. 18th century is blue. Not sure why?

    Pay is rubbish though.

I've bought my best friend this for Christmas. She is a proud ginger. I'm struggling to find a selection if crayons with enough red and orange hues to go with...
