What a prat of a line manager, tho. Not even a word??? (I don't know the history to all this but it sounds like you're well out of it.)

Well we spoke this morning and he said he hadn't mentioned anything because he hadn't caught me on my own all day.

And he has already been discussing my replacement with his line manager, this person will be term time only, and will only have responsibility for 2 things, both of which I do in addition to my other duties.

I'm such a mug. I was told I had no chance of term time only. And one of the extra duties I took on because no one else would and I have had no recognition for it. I'm so utterly cheesed off with myself.
