I think I have my wedding mojo back... (pics)

Well I posted a few days ago about how I tried on some dresses and felt a bit icky about the whole thing. I was due to go back to the original shop to their Stewart Parvin designer day this weekend to maybe buy the dress I had my eye on. I thought before doing that I'd go to a local shop and try on some Ian Stuart and Pronovias dresses just to play devil's advocate and I found my dress!

Alice at Vanilla Bridal and made me feel really at ease and I even smiled during the whole process! Considering how low I was the last time I tried dresses on I was really happy..

I am getting this dress but floor length: (Ian Stuart Jet Set)

With this bolero:

And for the evening I'll swap the bolero for big pearls with a big black satin bow on. I'm so much happier now ?

Thanks Mrs L2B! Yeah really boosted my mood although had to leave a message with the people having the Stewart Parvin day saying I wasn't going - hate letting people down. Feel mega guilty.

How is your planning coming along? Band news is very exciting! x

hi spangles - i think its going well - to be honest leaving alot of stuff till after xmas now lol!!! how is urs going? obv better now you can tick THE dress box!! still havnt heard from the band may have to steal OH phone and get one of the band mates no from it!!

And Mrs L2B - you should totally do an undercover mission on the band front - sneak a look at your OH's phone to get the numbers when he's in the shower or something!

Planning OK the only things we need to do before Crimbo are book the wedding band, hog roast for the evening and the cupcake lady. Then the rest can wait until next year! x
