I shall repeat what has been said many times over the years. Otters are not cliquey or bitchy. We are simply older and wiser (and occasionally bitter) Old Marrieds. We lurk around in OT and occasionally venture back to WP to offer advice, give honest opinions and bring a dose of reality back to what is a very strange world of Wedding Planning.

It is this that kept me here during my own planning and not on the pink pages. Couldn't be dealing with false fluffy answers when all I really needed was a gentle tug back down to earth.

I'm not pregnant.

I got the doctor to take a test and it was negative.

My period started about 4 days ago so its not the menopause.

I definitely going on the pill, we have enough kids already, but if I had been pregnant it would have been good news.

If i remember the dress correctly (michonne - correct me if I'm wrong) i think it is a white by Vera Wang dress - her range for Davids bridal - so more likely to be true.

Unless you can be identified on other wedding boards, asking for details of Chinese counterfeiters.....

The original reason I wanted to go with a Jasmine's bridal shop dress was because I thought it would have arrived here sooner, believe it or not.

But apparently it takes no where near as long as I was led to believe to order one from David's bridal so thats who I'm going with.
