I must say though, my fitness has suffered since we got ours, because I'm binning my proper exercise to go home and faff around heading footballs and doing ski jumps. ?

Lou - my fitness has to go up, there isn't anywhere else for it to go. Even standing in front of the TV rather than sitting would be an improvement!

They are fantastic specially for people like me who did zero exercise,

i have lost half a stone since we got ours 3 weeks ago, i feel like i am also watching what i eat more as i dont want the scales to say i have put on weight

we got ours from argos we were checking every hour just incase, and we dropped on i think, someone had reserved it and they didnt fetch so at 4.10 on the bank holiday monday 1 was showing in stock, and that is how we got ours,

If supplies of Wii stuff here is anythign to go by nothing to do with them is ever 'freely' available. They seem to deliberately keep everything in short supply.

We have ours on order from Amazon and have a current delivery estimate of May 23rd. lobster - just got back from NYC and I'll do a full report of Daniel soon. It was excellent! Something strange is going on with my formatting, but there should be returns between my sentences?!

How did you manage that? I get that I can only reserve for store pickup and that my local stores are out of stock.

If anyone can get into leicester city centre, theres a shop there that has loads in stock. I brought one on Saturday, they are £90 though. But well worth it!!

I got mine last week - ordered it from amazon on Monday and got it on Tuesday (paid £2 for p&p for next day and they sent it express... bonus!)

I was pretty much a couch potato but now I ensure I do at least half an hour when I get home from work... although I do have to fight with the kids to get on it! Love it to pieces at the mo!

Nah - mine was £69.99 and so £71.98 with the extra p&p I paid.

Hrumph. Just had a look and they are going for £109. I've not seen them for less than £99.

I went on this site: http://www.wiipreorder.co.uk/Wii-Fit-Stock-Alerts.aspx and went on the desktop link. It updates it every minute.

On Monday morning by the time I logged into amazon after getting the notification they had gone but fortunately an hour or so later, they got more stock in.
